CUSTOMER SERVICES
1.      How to pay?
When you received the confirmation e-mail from our company, you can make payment by any of the methods below:
A.      On-line payment using Paypal
B.      Use ATM or direct debit to our account below (debit note shall be sent by fax or e-mail to inform our company. After receiving your payment, we shall arrange for shipment of the goods).

2.      Delivery Charges
When we received full payment of the order, we shall arrange shipment to the address specified by the customer with the following delivery charges:

(When the good had been delivered to the Courier Agent, we shall issue an e-mail with the shipment reference from Courier Agent to the customer so that the delivery status can be traced.)
 
3.      Possible problems with delivery of goods.
A.      If the customer had provided an incorrect address
The customer shall ensure that the information and address given is correct. If the information is incorrect and the goods is returned back to our company, we can ship the goods again to the amended address to be amended by the customer. The customer has to pay for the delivery charges again before shipment.
 
B.      If the goods had been delivered to the Courier Agent and the customer want to change the delivery address.
Our company would contact the Courier Agent for change of address. If the goods had been delivered, it would not be possible to change.
 
C.      If no one at the customer's specified address are available to receive the goods?
We shall liaise with the customer for making a delivery again. If there is still no one to receive the goods, the customer will have to pay the delivery charge again for further arrangement for shipment.
 
4.      Order Cancellation
Once the payment is made no order can be cancelled. However, the customer can return the goods for refund, subject to the conditions specified for Refund.
 
5.      Order Refund
If the customer wanted to return the goods for refund, the items to be cancelled shall be returned within 7 working days from the date of having received the goods to our company at the address given, stating the order reference. The returned goods shall be new, in unused condition with the package not opened in order for a refund.
 
Our company is not responsible for the charges to return the goods to our company and any happenings in the course of returning the goods to our company.
 
6.      Goods Exchange
Goods which had been ordered can be returned to our company for exchange of other items. The goods shall be returned to our company as per description under Order Cancellation together with an e-mail stating the order reference and any new order placed.
 
New order for items can be placed as per normal on-line purchase and the difference in price will be calculated. Additional payment or refunded will be calculated and settled accordingly before shipment.
